Half the time the techs don't even care enough to show up, and you wouldn't believe how many times I've had to tell the techs how to fix the problem because they are too incompetent to do it.  The ONLY reason we use Charter at all is because we have no other option unless we want dial up or satellite.  From my own experiences as well as discussions with others who have used satellite, you might as well stick with dial up (which is not an option with a home business like mine).  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;We've dropped our services from the largest package they have to just the basics and raised them back up again only because it's so much more expensive to carry just the basic services.  You end up paying less for more services but deal with more hassle because of the fact no one cares. My personal opinion is that the entire program needs to be restructured. It was presented as a great program with great benefits for customers, yet the program doesn't live up to that. I've spoken with Corporate many times over actually fixing our service so it WORKS, but as usual I've gotten nowhere.
